Alexion Pharmaceuticals is focused on serving patients and families affected by severe and life-threatening rare diseases who often have no effective treatment options and suffer with little hope. Because of the rarity of these diseases, it can be difficult to understand the extraordinary challenges each patient faces and what it would mean to deliver medical breakthroughs where none currently exist.
Solution
Wyant Simboli was privileged to meet patients and families and help them tell their story. Hearing a patient and their family recount a journey through sickness, medical prognosis, and treatment allows people to glimpse the severity of rare disease and appreciate the importance of developing life-transforming therapies to address these rare diseases.
