The CTtransit website is a vital communication channel for more than 5,500 users who visit the website to get information and to interact with the state’s bus system. In 2014, CTtransit recognized the need to develop a new, more engaging website to meet the demands of an audience continually more tech-savvy and connected.
Solution
Three Connecticut companies—Cloudsmart, SNP Technologies, and Wyant Simboli worked in partnership with CTtransit to deliver the new CTtransit.com. Our mobile-first, clean and friendly design significantly improved the user experience for bus riders who rely on their phones to navigate the system’s 130 routes which serve over 25 million passenger trips each year.
