I'm John Simboli, host of BioBoss. When I launched BioBoss in January 2019, my goal was to provide a seat at the table, an opportunity for you to listen in on my conversations with biopharma leaders to hear firsthand how they wrestle with the challenge of creating clarity out of ambiguity. In 2021, it was heartening to hear these leaders share not only their thoughts about leadership but, for many, how they advanced therapeutic research and development at a time when we needed them the most. In 2022, I invite BioBoss listeners to experience my season 4 conversations with a new group of biopharma founders and CEOs who lead some of the world's most inventive companies.
